Responsible Casino Gambling

There are many ways to keep your casino experience fun, and efficient. There are also many ways you can turn it into a disaster. If you are out with your friends for a weekend in Vegas, there is really no set rules you should follow except to only bet as much as you can afford to lose, after all, you don’t want to ruin your vacation! However, if you are a regular guest at a Casino, you should set some ground rules to be sure it does not become addiction, or take its toll on your finances.

First, set your limits. This includes time and money.

- Time: forcing yourself to keep a time limit will help you keep your perspective. It’s easy to get enveloped in a winning streak, or sink into your losses, and walking away will help remind you of your priorities. An hour and a half is a good amount of time for most players.

- Money: entering a casino or a table with your limits set helps keep your betting under control. This means a limit for your wins, also! Setting a goal of how much you want to win helps to ensure you keep your winnings, and don’t give up once you’re tired of losing and have lost all your funds.
